ADVANCE RESERVATIONS: Please carefully check this statement to make sure the dates and number of persons is correct. There is a maximum occupancy of 10 people. Unregistered guests will cause an eviction without refund. If you are dissatisfied with your accommodations, please tell us before using the property in any way so we may attempt to make your stay more pleasant. Advance payment of ½ of the total is required at booking by credit or debit card. If cancelled before 7 days of your arrival, your advance payment will be refunded minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be administered if cancelled within the last 7 days prior to arrival. Holiday reservations require payment 30 days in advance and must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary renter/tenant must be 25 years of age or older. Primary renter/tenant is defined as the person reserving and paying for the security deposit/rental fees and is responsible for all guests staying at the property during their stay.
CHECK-IN: Our office is open (Sunday-Thursday) from 8 AM to 8 PM and (Friday/ Saturday) from 8 AM to 9 PM. Check-in starts at 3pm and the property should be ready by check in time (4pm or later during some high volume dates). Early check-in can be arranged, depending on availability, and must be requested and authorized prior to arrival. Reservations made the day of arrival cannot be guaranteed the normal check-in time, as we may need time to clean the property prior to check-in. For check-ins after 7 PM, guests must contact us in advance to arrange late arrival. Any unpaid balance, a security deposit of $250.00 and the credit card used to make the reservation will be required at check-in. All guests are required to check-in at our office location:

CHECK-OUT: All check-outs must be by 11am, unless a late check out is authorized one day prior to departure.
If granted a late check-out, there will be a fee of $85.00.
The property will be inspected after guest departure and will be assessed for damages or extra cleaning. If, upon inspection, damages are found and/or extra cleaning is needed, the associated fees will be charged accordingly.
A valid credit card of the primary renter must be on file and will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
PET POLICY: This property does not allow pets and evidence of such will incur a charge of $250.00.
NOTICE: The Innkeeper Law is posted inside the property. This property is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Hillcrest Lodge will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries or loss of valuables.

After hours check-in cannot be guaranteed due to private home face-to-face check-in laws.
This cabin has one water heater, please ration showers and hot water usage to avoid running out.

This is a private home, requiring a credit card on file and agreement to all terms and conditions mandated by local code for residential rentals. This beautiful, spacious cabin can accommodate up to 10 people and 4 cars. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you will experience tranquility with breathtaking views of the surrounding forest pines, either inside from all upper rooms or outside from an amazing wrap around balcony. Featuring free WIFI, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen (with all necessary cookware), and a large wood burning fireplace. Eagles Nest has two large bedrooms downstairs with full bathrooms; two additional bedrooms are located upstairs with one shared bathroom. Both bedrooms upstairs have amazing views of the surrounding forest scenery.
The location is favorable in many aspects. It is only minutes away from Snow Summit and Bear Mountain, restaurants, shopping and Big Bear Lake. There are many water activities to enjoy such as; kayaking, boating, fishing, water skiing etc. This property is also walking distance to Aspen Glen Park for hiking and sledding, The Village, Big Bear Mountain Brewery, restaurants, hiking trails, and Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain which offers family entertainment such as winter snow tubing, year round bob sledding, a water slide and many more activities.
