CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Cancellations 14 days or more in advance of your original scheduled booking date will be refunded in full.
Cancellation 14 or fewer days before check-in date: charged for the full value of the reservation unless the guest has added Travel Protection to the reservation.
No Shows: The full reservation is charged.
TEACHER APPRECIATION: Only valid May 1st - May 7th. Must show proof of employment as a teacher at check-in to qualify.
NURSE APPRECIATION: Only valid May 6th - May 12th. Must show proof of employment as a nurse at check-in to qualify.
Police/Fire/Military Discount: Must show proof of employment as a member of a Police department, Fire department, or active military at check-in to qualify.
September Family and Friends Distount: Book 2 units for 2 days
October Adopt a shelter dog Special: Only valid during the month of October. Must show proof they adopted the dog from a shelter or a dog rescue
with 501(c)(3)status at check-in to qualify.
November Military Discount: Only valid during the month of November. Must show proof of being a veteran or active military at check-in to qualify.
ROOM POLICIES:
At Check-in Time: 4 PM to 8 PM. Late check-in must be arranged via phone (909-534-0792).
Check-out Time: 11 AM
At Check-in: Please provide a photo ID and the credit card used for booking.
Extra Guests: There is an extra charge for additional guests/children who exceed the maximum occupancy for that room. $15.00 for each additional, per night.
Damages to your room during your stay will be charged to your credit card on file.
Bath Towel Damage/Stains: will result in a charge of $35 for replacement based on current costs. Please avoid using them on floors, shoes, animals, or other items that could result in permanent stains.
No Smoking: All rooms are Non-Smoking. Ashtrays are provided outside on the property.
$250.00 charge for smoking in any room.
Safety Equipment: All of our rooms have a Smoke Detector and Carbon Monoxide Detector. If you have any concerns such as beeping or making noise for unknown reasons, please let us know.
Laundry: There is a laundry facility located at 42162 Big Bear Blvd, in the Interlaken Shopping Center.
If you need a few things put in the dryer, please ask and we will try to accommodate.
Quiet Time is 10:00 pm– Please be courteous, some guests retire early.
